James Goldman is the Founder, President, and Managing Director of Bighawk, LLC (“Bighawk”). Prior to launching Bighawk, Mr. Goldman was the Founder/CEO of JWG Associates, Inc., a $135 million advertising agency with 250 employees in 10 offices around the US that was acquired in 2001 by TMP Worldwide, Inc. In 1996, Mr. Goldman also founded Editorial Urbano Publishing, which was acquired by Crain’s Communications, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Goldman is an angel investor and continues to develop new business ventures. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, School of Management, and was a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), UJA and AIPAC.

Roy is a seasoned real estate professional and business leader with a 25 year proven track record in the industry. He has held senior positions in Blue Chip technology companies in UK, Africa, and the USA. He has an accomplished history of leading companies in both the private and public areas. In 2005, he founded GPI RE Group a Real Estate development and Investment organisation with a presence in the UK, Poland, Romania, and latterly in the USA. His most recent venture, RealConnex.com, brings together his extensive real estate, technology, and business skills.

Audrey Jacobs is a founding Partner at OurCrowd, a leading global VC hybrid marketplace investing platform. Based in Israel, OurCrowd allows accredited investors worldwide to identify, research and invest in leading startups in Israel and around the world. Audrey oversees the Americas activities, builds the investor community and leverages the investors' network to develop the OurCrowd portfolio companies.
Prior to OurCrowd, Audrey spent two decades building brands for technology companies with leading global public relations firms such as Porter Novelli. Audrey worked in Jewish education and later Audrey launched the US Israel Startup Nations Series to create partnerships and educate about the opportunities of investing in Israeli innovation. Audrey studied Finance at Columbia University, received an inaugural AltMBA from Seth Godin and was a Nahum Goldmann Fellow.
Audrey is a proud 6 generation Texas Jew. In addition to baking the best Challah every Friday night and hosts creative costumed Passover Seders. She has also been a national Jewish education leader and a global advocate for Israel.
Henrik Rasmussen/IT Consultant
Mr. Rasmussen is an experienced technology executive who has worked across several sub-sectors in technology related industries as a business developer over the past 20 years.
Educated as a process engineer, Mr. Rasmussen has held management positions in technology and has successfully branded and launched multiple products. At Infotecs Mr. Rasmussen has spearheaded the Americas business from inception and directed the product line for the Americas markets. He speaks 7 languages fluently.
Henrik is married to the lovely hedge fund manager Michele Kelner, and they are the proud parents of two children, including a soon to be Bar Mitzvah. His Danish roots helped him to blend easily into the Jewish affinity for smoked salmon and whitefish.
Felix van Dijk/Webmaster/Graphics/Admin
Mr. van Dijk is the webmaster for M.O.T
He has worked in IT and produces graphics for Jim Goldman the founder of M.O.T
He is a songwriter/musician on the side and enjoys what M.O.T has to offer people. Though Mr. van Dijk is not Jewish, he is continually approached by canvassing Orthodox Jews in the street asking "Are you Jewish? He replies "No I'm not." and without fail the response is "Well, you look Jewish!"
He enjoys a fine Jewish bagel with vegetable cream cheese or lox, however, he can't wrap his head around trying a gefilte fish.
